[product request] any suggestions for pigmentation on butt cheeks?

What is the derm referral process like?

I haven an HMO plan and would like to get referred to a derm for a full body skin exam since I’ve never had one before (male early 30s). I was asked to come in for an “evaluation” what does that consist of? Curious what all your experiences have been like in the SoCal area on a HMO plan. I’ve met my pcp once in March for an intro physical exam and it lasted like 5 mins lol.
