What is the utility of sidekick Skylanders?

I have a major boot issue with my PC

After reinstalling Windows and troubleshooting the BIOS, Windows 11 now boots correctly in UEFI mode. However, as soon as I enable Secure Boot (required for Faceit), the PC refuses to start Windows and automatically returns to the BIOS. TPM is enabled, Windows Boot Manager is detected, the EFI partition exists, and the Secure Boot keys are properly loaded
