Hellooo, may specific days lang bang open ang Legal office ng PUP for notaries?

Hello! Is there any other and fastest way para makakuha ng CTC ng TOR aside sa pagrequest sa ODRS? possible ba na mag walk-in sa PUP mismo? Thank you!

Hi! Nag base ako sa List of Requirements na nakapost sa website ng PRC and ito yung needed:

Psychometrician

First-Timer:

Documentary Requirements: PSYCHOMETRICIANS:

1. PSA Birth Certificate

2. PSA Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants)

3. TOR in “Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology” (AB/BS) with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”. The TOR should further indicate completion (with sufficient credits) of the four (4) subjects as required by Law: Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Psychological Assessment (First Timers and Repeaters)

4. CAV for those who graduated from Autonomous/Deregulated Schools and TOR without S.O. Number

5. NBI Clearance (valid at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the application)

6. Three (3) Certificates of Good Moral Character, preferably from school (faculty teaching major course duly noted by Department Chair, Discipline or Student Affairs Officer), employer or Guidance Counselor, duly signed by the issuing authority and under oath.

Now, while browsing sa blue app, nakita ko na need naka CTC ang photocopies ng TOR and Diploma? Huhuhu if magrerequest pa kasi ako ng CTC, di na talaga aabot since bukas na sched ko and last day na ng filing sa monday. Ano po ba dapat i-follow ko. Pls help ur girl out huhu

Hi! Just wanna ask if saan and ano pa yung inaallow ng prc regarding sa GMC bukod sa Office of Student Affairs, Guidance Counselor, Professor? May iba pa bang pwede kuhanan? tyia!
