Got a mystery $180 fee on my bill that no one can explain
I got a mystery one time fee of $180 on my bill this month listed as ‘bundle services’ no one can explain it. I spent about an hour in the chat with a representative who just kept saying ‘it’s for bundle services’ but couldn’t describe what that what, what the services were. I was never told about a fee. I’ve now been on hold for over 30 mins trying to reach someone by phone.
Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of this fee more effectively? I have things to do and can’t stay on the phone forever, it’s taking up my work hours. Can I dispute this charge with my credit company?
