Male- age 35- smoke vape daily- i got this filling when i was 18. Today i noticed that side part of tooth was missing. Not sure if its always like this or happened all of a sudden. I have appointment next week. Its not paining. Is this urgent or can i wait ?

Hi, I’ve noticed a bluish/purple patch inside my mouth (on the left side near my tongue), which I’ve attached a photo of. It’s not painful.

I’ve also had a sore throat for the past few days. I do vape regularly.

Could you please let me know if this looks concerning and whether I should book an appointment?
