Heart rate

Hi everyone, I went to the GP today and my heart rate while speaking to him was around 120bpm.

He raised his voice at me and told me to stop Vyvanse. I hadn’t even taken my medication prior to seeing him. I did have to run to the doctor’s office because I was late, and I did eat a lot of fries prior to going.

My normal resting heart rate is around 70-80 when I’m fully relaxed and NOT talking. Even talking makes my heart rate increase now.

I feel so unsettled by my experience today it’s making me really upset. I’m not functional when I don’t take my medication and I have exams to study for. He made it seem like I purposefully wanted to take Vyvanse and that I chose to have adhd. Nobody likes seeing the psychiatrist and nobody likes taking medication. I just feel so upset idk :-(

Hi everyone, please help me 😭😭 I feel horrible. Over the past few days, whenever I take my medication (Vyvanse, 40mg) my heart rate spikes to 110 bpm when the medication peaks. I also get very, very anxious.

This doesn’t normally happen and I’m supposed to get my period today/tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and if this issue resolved once their period started? I have nobody in the same boat as me 😭 I have exams coming up and I need my meds to study
