Sleepy girl mocktail - does it work?

I saw the sleepy girl mocktail thing go around on TT years ago, does it work? I've never tried it but want to ask ask before I purchase all the ingredients to try. It would be kinda cool if there a canned version or something I can just buy because I would only use tart cherry juice for this lol.

Let me know, has anyone gotten results from it?

Give me your tips on my nutrition

Currently 169 lbs. Maintenance is around 2,590 calories. I am trying to stay high protein and keep performance up in the gym. I’ve been trying to “healthmaxx” everything lately: sleep, nutrition, steps, training, recovery, etc. Here’s what my current setup looks like. Curious what you guys would tweak/add.

Training:

  • Lift heavy to failure
  • 10k steps daily

Nutrition principles:

  • 90% whole foods
  • Prioritize protein hard
  • Creatine, magnesium, vitamin D daily

Current meals:

Meal 1:
Greek yogurt bowl with wild blueberries, chia seeds, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon
~47g protein / 450 cal

Snack:
Oatmeal + protein powder + cinnamon + little honey
~15g protein / 330 cal

Meal 2:
8oz 93/7 beef, 4 eggs, berries, apple, kiwi (fruit changes and is flexible)
~72g protein / 780 cal

Meal 3:
8oz beef, avocado, sauerkraut, potatoes
~52g protein / 700 cal

Daily total:

  • 2,160 calories
  • 176g protein

Also meal prepping potatoes + beef ahead of time.

Goal is basically to get leaner, stronger, sleep better, have stable energy/focus, and build an aesthetic physique without feeling terrible during the cut.

I’m building a fitness performance app called Fokus, focused on helping lifters stay intentional during workouts by reducing phone distractions and improving workout efficiency/performance. The idea is turning your phone into a performance tool instead of a distraction.

I’m looking for someone who:

  • has experience doing street interviews/interview-style content
  • is into fitness / gym culture
  • is comfortable talking to strangers on camera
  • ideally already has a following/audience
  • is located in a major US city (NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, Austin, etc.)

Concept:

You’d hold a sign saying something like:

>

Then interview people and pull out the deeper pain points:

  • wasting time between sets
  • losing focus during workouts
  • workouts taking longer
  • feeling less intentional while training
  • feeling like phone usage hurts performance/results

At the end, you’d naturally introduce the app and show how it blocks distracting apps during workouts while tying it back to the exact frustrations they mentioned.

The back of the sign would have:

This is a paid opportunity and the pay would be higher than what I normally pay creators because I think this format has massive upside if executed well.

If interested, DM me with:

  • links to previous street interview/interview-style content you’ve done
  • your socials
  • your city
  • your rates

Looking for people who can make this feel authentic and conversation-driven rather than like a generic ad.
