Autopark disengages right before finishing the park due to steering wobble
I have already brought my vehicle to the Service Center for this issue and was charged a $200 diagnostic fee because the problem could not be reproduced during the appointment. However, I have multiple videos documenting the vehicle repeatedly experiencing the same issue.
The vehicle wobbles/shakes so severely during these incidents that even the steering wheel buttons became inoperable. Those buttons were previously replaced under warranty, but the underlying issue has continued. AutoPark also continues to fail, and I have video evidence showing these failures on multiple occasions.
I am now being asked to bring the vehicle back again and agree to another potential $200 diagnostic fee. My concern is that I have already paid a diagnostic fee for an issue that remains unresolved, despite having clear video evidence that the problem is recurring.
I am more than willing to bring the vehicle back so the issue can be properly diagnosed and repaired, but I do not believe I should be charged another diagnostic fee simply because the problem may not reproduce itself during the limited time the vehicle is at the Service Center. I would appreciate the videos and previous service history being reviewed as part of the diagnosis and confirmation that I will not be charged another $200 for the same unresolved concern.
