Just a vent. Can anyone relate to the guilt of needing to cancel plans last minute because of how you’re feeling? I just had to do this, and the person is (somewhat understandably) annoyed.

But walking around in the heat at a family event today has sent me into a horrible POTS flare and I am in bed with my feet up, trying not to vomit. 😭 Please tell me I’m not the only one this has happened to.

For my friends who also have hormonal migraine and suppress their periods—does a progestin-only pill work for you? I’m currently taking one with estrogen with good results, but thinking about trying to switch.
