Workout plan to get ready fir the caf
Currently sitting at about 280 pounds, 6'3
Its been a dream of mine to be in the military on the ground ever since I was a boy, im 31 currently and dont want to live a life where I didnt at least try to serve like my family all has. I want to find a workout plan that basically gets someone who has little to no experience in the gym, to being ready for bmq. Im giving myself 2 years to get in shape before I get my applications rolling, what advice do you have? What would be your programs so to speak? Thank you for your time and advice
