I’m an avid CorePower goer coming to Ann Arbor with no CorePower unfortunately. What are peoples favorite spots that have vinyasa and sculpt type classes? I go everyday so I’m looking for somewhere to buy a monthly unlimited pass hopefully!!
I’m currently looking for a new shoe in my rotation. I started running long distances about two years ago (23, F). I ran a marathon in the New Balance 1080’s when they had fresh foam and absolutely loved those shoes. Just switches to Saucony Triumph for long runs. I’m aiming to get faster and have been looking into saucony endorphin azura and mizuno neon zen 2 to add in. Any thoughts or suggestions? I know loads of people love the adidas evo sl.
