2 shots in on Zepbound 2.5. I've mostly felt completely normal & hungry. All my friends have had very different experiences when starting. Tiny voice in my head says maybe I'm too broken for even a GLP1 to fix.

I know everyone's body is different and everyone reacts the same, but my experience starting Zepbound has been so different from what I was expecting. And so different from what my friends and family experienced.

I did feel fuller longer and have less appetite for 3 days after my first dose. But since then I've felt completely normal. No extra fullness, no appetite suppression, no nausea, no GI issues. I even ate 5 donuts in a moment of weakness and felt fine after too.

I see my doctor in 10 days, it'll be after my 3rd shot and the day before my 4th dose. I know I'll have conversations with her about moving up to 5mg.

But I was hoping to stay on the 2.5 longer than a month. My doc said she has patients who can say on 2.5 for 3-6 months.

I'm worried I'm a slow responder, or that somehow my body is so broken that I won't respond at all.

Just looking for moral support to quiet that mean voice in my head.

Vet thinks he is 9 months old.

Weights 3.5lbs.

He does have what I think is one spot on his back. He was found outside so it's possible it's dirt as he's been to scared to let me wipe him down but I think it's his coloring.

I have no clue about breeds, but I thought I remembered my vet saying that Charlie buns are more likely than other buns to have some health issue, and I'm not sure if this counts as Charlie coloring.
