A Beginner's Struggle

I bought a DJI Mini 3 with Fly More package. It came out with an RC controller, an extra 3 batteries, and a multi-charger unit. I can't fly my drone whenever I want due to where I live in so I need a simulator to practice since I only have an hour of fly time.

There is a new update for RC controllers that now lets you play a simulator on them by default. One thing I noticed is that those RC controllers have a screen and "antennas" named RC2. However mine doesn't have an antenna and is named RC. Is there way to have the simulator on RC ?

As mentioned, I bought the Fly More version so It came with an extra 3 batteries. I used the multi-charger once and it worked completely fine, charged the batteries one by one to 100%. However, once I used the batteries and needed to charge them back, I plugged them into the multi charger, but the multi charger unit didn't charge one of the batteries at all. No matter what I try, the battery's light doesn't even blink on the unit.

At first I thought the battery might be dead or broken somehow but I managed to charge it fully while it was plugged into the drone and charged it through the drone, not the charger. It isn't a serious problem for me since It works and can be charged but I would like to charge all my batteries with the multi charger. Have any one of you experienced the same issue ? Did you find any solution? Is it a common issue with DJI multi-chargers?

In need of help regarding to the simulator and multi-charger

Hey there, people, I bought myself a mini 3 with RC from my recent trip. The combo package (fly more) was on sale, so I pounced on it. I did my first flight and reached to 1 hour of fly time. I do enjoy my purchase so far. However, I have a couple of questions that you may answer.

1- I noticed that there is a flight simulator on RC-2, mind you mine is RC, is there a way to get the built-in simulator on RC? I did my search on youtube but apparently there isn't any. It matters for me to have the built-in simulator (or downloaded one, anything I can simulate on the RC, you get me) since I can't fly whenever I want due to the location I live in.

2- As mentioned, I bought the Fly More version so It came with an extra 3 batteries. I used the multi-charger once and it worked completely fine, charged the batteries one by one to 100%. However once I used the batteries and needed to charge back, I plugged them into the multi charger, the multi, charger didn't charge one of the batteries at all. No matter what I try, the battery's light doesn't even blink.

edit: I figured I need to clarify my controller, It is called RC, the controller with a screen on it and It doesn't have the antennas.
