I’m a T5 para, trying to work out a way I can reasonably use a bidet. I don’t think a seat-mounted version will work, as I still use a padded commode (and I’ve honestly been wanting to get away from this crutch). I feel like there’s possibility with a hand held bidet sprayer deal, but I can’t think of a good ‘workflow’ so to speak, for how best to use one in the context of a bowel program. Have any of you worked out a solid way of integrating one into your regular routine?
