i picked this pair up for a 100$ a few days ago on vinted, barely any info online (2-3 listing including this one)

heel drag
any heel drag prevention tips? id like to hear something that could stop that process, i once ordered silicone pieces that u put on the soles and they lasted me like 2 months. I wanted to ask if a super glued leather patch from a jacket would hold onto the sole because thats what i came up with, if not is there anything you can recommend? (excluding the little ones that u have to nail onto to shoe)
