Apparently someone was hit by a train no train past seabrook today. Also nothing is headed north from DC.
Just an FYI. They suggested Lyft or uber from seabrook. Or drive in to DC if you haven’t left already.

Meal: I made some oxtail pho. It was delicious.
So I have a gym in my office building and I will work out and shower before going back to work (lunch break).
For context: I’m a disabled vet
Apparently, I am making people uncomfortable because when I get out the shower I’m not fully covered up. I’m in an all women’s shower. Am I not supposed to move around half naked or naked. Maybe I’m just used to the military and when we shower we are all naked lol.
I am not looking at anyone. I’m just getting ready. I’m also blow drying my hair in my underwear and applying make up.
Is this not a normal thing. I also get stares at public pool showers.
Am I too comfortable or is this just not a thing women do.
Any advice is helpful. Now I feel like I shouldn’t even use our gym.
I’m black woman if that matters and I’m just now getting more comfortable working out again after the baby but now I feel like hiding again 😩
Adding more context:
The building is public. It’s attached to Macys Nordstrom etc. it’s several companies in the building not just mine. So I hardly see me own coworkers everyone from my job goes at 6 am but I have. 4 year old and I commute over 1 hour so only time I have is lunch. I’m usually in my undies and no top of my bra gets wet then my blouse is wet so I avoid it. In usually in there no longer than 15 mins. I don’t make small talk either.
It was told to the business manager and they sent out like a tone deaf message (in my opinion) doesn’t point to me but made me feel so bad. I’m a vet with ptsd so I really don’t like to make anyone uncomfortable but it just made me feel is something wrong with me just being me taking a shower in a public gym locker. Showers and bathroom. I never sit on the benches naked either. But this has happened to me at the YMCA too.
Just thought nakedness in a gym was normal 😩.

My husband and I stopped drinking recently. Any recommendations for any thc drinks (not keef sodas or any seltzers) looking for maybe something like nowadays or a zero proof wine.
Any places in Maryland have them? I’m a disabled vet so I’m also trying to stop smoking but not totally remove myself from thc as my meds from the VA are destroying me physically 😩. I’m trying to stop the tobacco wraps etc too.
Slowly but I’m trying.
Any recommendations will be nice. It’s Mother’s Day coming up and I want to enjoy myself and relax without liquor.
