I had VPN on by mistake and now my account is inactive. Went through the Help Center but it's been weeks and I got no response. How to handle it ?

So I'm doing a career and I'm in Monaco the qualifying are dry but the race is all wet. So Wich setup should I use ? Wet in qualifying for a better race ?

I record my telemetry on PS5. Is there a way to compare my with someone whose laps are faster than mine ?
