Embedded this in my Canva

I’ve been experimenting with embedding custom-coded, interactive widgets directly into my Canva designs. Instead of using static screenshots, I can now have live elements in my projects. I just create a message in a bottle. Anyone can drop a message to you with a shareable link. You can view it too or limit what to show. I am going to make a youtube tutorial for this. Here is a link to customize it and own it for free https://fugte.app/?starter=message-in-the-bottle

Built a quick website prototype to test an idea, would love your feedback on the design!

Someone posted recently asking if they should use a no-code builder. Instead of just replying, I decided to spend some time spinning up a live example using Fugte. It's built on the idea that you shouldn't have to be a developer to customize code. I'm trying to see if this approach actually yields good design results.

Open to any and all critiques on the site!

Got another subscriber!

I know $4.99/month is not a lot, but this one really fueled me today.

This is Fugte’s second paid subscriber, and honestly, it feels different from the first. The first one made me excited. The second one makes me feel like maybe there is a real pain here.

I’m still early, still polishing, and still figuring out the best positioning, but moments like this remind me why having a mission and vision matters.

It gives me something to come back to when building feels hard. Tiny win, but I’m grateful!

It’s only $4.99/month, so I’m not pretending this is huge revenue. But emotionally, the second subscriber feels different from the first. The first one could be luck. The second one makes me feel like maybe there is a real pain here.

Fugte turns AI-generated HTML/CSS/JS into editable widgets people can embed into Canva, Shopify, Notion, or their website.

I’m still early, still polishing, and still figuring out the best positioning. But this reminded me that charging early can teach you something that free users can’t.

For other founders, when did your first few paid users start feeling like real validation?

Question for other founders, when did your first few paid users start feeling like real validation?

What keeps me moving?

Lately, I've been asking myself this question, what actually keeps me moving?

Building a startup is exciting, but it's also full of setbacks, self-doubt, and days when it feels like nothing is working. I've realized that what keeps me going isn't just the idea or the hope of making money, it's having a mission and a vision that I genuinely believe in.

My mission has become my compass. It reminds me why I started and helps me decide what deserves my time and what doesn't. It doesn't mean I can't pivot, but I try not to change direction just because things get difficult.

I'm curious how other women founders think about this.

What keeps you moving when building your business gets hard?

What keeps you building?

An app without a mission and vision is just building in circles.

I’m starting to realize that if you want something to actually work, you need more than just an idea. You need a mission that keeps you grounded and a vision that helps you make decisions when things get hard.

Of course, your mission can evolve. You can pivot. You can change direction. But I don’t think it should change casually every time things feel difficult.

Without a clear mission, it’s easy to chase every trend, copy every competitor, or quit too early.

For those building something right now, what is your mission and vision?
