Hi!

So I have a full spectrum rue extract looking nice and clean (light color) after a couple rounds of acid to base (50mL vinegar to 200mL H2O/5g NaOH to 50mL H2O).

WillyMyco Tek, started with 250g seed.

I've been rinsing it with distilled water over and over using a syringe and the pH barely goes down. Distilled water measures ~pH6. Drippings from the wash read around pH11.5-12.

1. Is there an effective way to actually wash off the nasty base?

2. I mean even if the pH goes back down and matches the distilled water, is that really safe enough to consume then?
