My 17-month-old has had severe sleep problems since birth. He wakes around 2 AM and remains awake until 6–6:30 AM despite multiple attempts at sleep routines. I need him evaluated for an underlying medical/developmental or sleep disorder and would like a referral to a pediatric sleep specialist if necessary
