Hey all, I currently am a key carrier for over 2 years and I am making 20 an hour, i need to find a job that pays better.

Hello all, im currently a keycarrier cord at homegoods for 3 yrs. I am looking to go into more of the distribution center side of the company, there's an open merchandise controller position at my nearest distribution center (would have to relocate) is there any chance I could score that job? And if yes is it worth it? I also see operations supervisor positions open but I'm assuming thats out of my range for now
