I’ve thought about this for years but WHAT is the obsession with giving characters emo hair 😭 Look at Jeff the Killer. Canonically he wouldn’t have a thick head of black hair, that was something the fandom came up with. Same with him having ghost white fair skin. In case you didn’t know, losing your eyebrows and nose are not the only byproducts of getting 3rd degree burns all over your body. His hair would probably be completely gone and his skin would be Freddy Kruegerfied. Smile Dog is also drawn with a black mane that goes down his back, and the craziest one to me, the one that actually made me start to think “this is getting to a point” is SCP 682. He’s literally a colossal lizard, he would NOT have a thick mane of black emo hair all the way down his back and draping over his eyes 😭✌️Laughing Jack and Jason the Toymaker also have it but at least it looks natural on them. But hey, different strokes for different folks. We all have free will and can do with it as we please, including drawing giant lizards slaying with punk haircuts. I’m simply stating an observation

Zalgo is explicitly stated to be an amorphous beast with no eyes and 7 mouths. But every drawing of him not only has eyes, but he’s made to look like a furry almost. It’s like how Jeff the Killer has been propagandized to be this pale emo teenager with a thick head of hair rather than a dude with 3rd degree burns all over his body. I get letting people have fun n everything but to me when the romanticized, blatantly inaccurate fan interpretations overwhelmingly outshine the canon vision, it gets to a point 😭

When I was like 8 years old (2015) I got a Tablet for Christmas right, and one of the games I installed for it was this indie horror game simply called “The Forest.” Not to be confused with the massively popular survival game. It was a Slenderman style horror game where you are actively pursued through… a forest, by mfing Sadako. On account of those 2 things I can definitely see why the game may have been deleted from the Google Play Store, which it has been because i checked. The game was split up into 4 levels. The first one was literally just Slenderman except with Sadako. The 2nd one you had to repair a boat and flee the area. The 3rd one you had to conduct some kind of ritual with a pentagram. And the 4th level, which instead of taking place in the dead of night like the rest, was set at a foggy dusk hour. The objective of the 4th and final level was to find souls represented by little white orbs trapped in cages and free them before Sadako catches you. The walk and look buttons were very conspicuous gray circle thumbsticks on either side of the screen and iirc you can adjust the opacity of them. If anyone else remembers this game please confirm I didn’t just dream this up
