The seal around the glass that’s on the sensor of my Helios strap is lifting after 3 days of use.

when I came back home after a lifting session, I decided to clean my Helios strap for the first time after 3 days of use.

as I was removing the sweat with my micro fiber towel,I take a closer look at the sensor. And I see that the silicone around the glass is lifting off and I’m not sure if that’s a normal thing or I should be concerned that sweat might enter the sensor and mess with my readings or potentially end up bricking my device in the future.

so if anyone else is facing the same issue please let me know and if my device is going to be fine without the seal if it eventually falls off completely.

I’ve only had the strap for the past 3 days

I will be providing three photos circling in red what I’m talking about.

My stress data is not being collected only during my workout sessions

I use my Apple Watch Series 11 for sleep data collection and use my Helios strap for collecting workout data that I’ve bought 2 days ago.

I’ve set it to import data from the Zepp app to bevel. I’ve noticed that the past two days of working out, my stress level readings weren’t being collected only during my workout period. I’m not really sure why this is happening i don’t know if that is normal or a bug.

so I’m making this post to understand why this might be occurring or if anyone else is facing this similar issue.

If anyone has any idea on why this is happening, please let me know. I’ll be providing the 2 photos of my missing stress data the past 2 workouts.

Summary: I’ve started logging my workouts on May 17 and May 18 so that’s 2 work outs logged and 2 stress data missing during workout times only. I don’t know if it’s a bug or a normal thing.

Thanks in advance.
