We are flying Perth to Rome direct in two weeks with our 15 month old in economy. As she is under 2 she will be sitting on our lap. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with being able to purchase an additional economy ticket while checking in for their flight at a discounted price? It would be great if she could have her own seat but we can’t justify the full price. If I check the seat selection now in economy it seems that there are around 30 seats not allocated. Thanks!
