Caring for self -building habits

We've found what works for my 13yo dx daughter. But helping her be consistent is the struggle.

Pattern is simple... Minimum 20oz water, 1 dose of electrolytes daily. 2 cups of some caffeine. Also a Homeopathic nervous system support remedy at each meal (it is making such a difference with her possible PDA)

But, if I forget to remind her or she gets too busy, life goes haywire for her. Esp if she forgets one for multiple days. We are homeschooling and low demand, so I'm really not sure how to help her figure out a pattern. The consequences of her not remembering are impacting everyone else here.

Has anyone found ways to help get the dopamine rush to help morning go smoother? Trying to implement some small shifts to help me retain some semblance of sanity. Age 12. No meds.

Have noticed a few people in our circles are unaware about ADHD and all the little ways it impacts the ADHD person. And that you cannot expect them to act in a neurotypical manner.

How do you explain it to them?

Looking for a campsite for when my kid has a sporting activity in Kamloops. For family of 4 plus dog in a 25' older rv.

Any suggestions or cautions appreciated! I know some are close to railway, and with us needing to go back and forth from the sport event, would like to not have to worry about leaving the trailer for a few hours
