I see so many people saying they've been able to manifest money but it usually comes from a refund, family, back pay or something like that. Has anyone manifested a large amount from a completely random source?

I've done affirmations, subs, visualizations. I've detached from the outcome but nothing. I don't have any refunds, back pay, etc out there and unexpected money just doesn't show up. I've played lottery games and lost every time. Bills and expenses just keep piling up. I've done the whole Universe has my back, I always have money only to have nothing show up.
Has anyone really manifested money from "think air"?

I have been working at manifesting for the last 15 years. It's like every time I try for something things just get worse. I've meditated, really felt the emotions, affirmed, etc. Nothing happens. I have aphantasia so I can't visualize but I have felt the feelings of having my desire. What am I missing?
I have been trying to manifest for about 15 years now. I've read books, watched videos, done affirmations, meditated, etc and nothing I have ever desired has manifested. I now need $45,000 in 3 days and have no clue how I am going to get it. Please help
I have been practicing manifesting for about 15 years now. I say practicing because other than a parking space here and there I can't say I have really manifested anything. Meditation feels like a chore and I can't seem to relax to get into any kind of state. I believe I have aphantasia because I don't see pictures in my head. I can't even remember the last time I dreamed. I need to manifest a miracle and fast but I don't know how to do it at this point. Help
