I have a newer townhouse that I am looking at potentially putting a rear deck/balcony on the 2nd floor that would be over a small driveway to a garage. The 2nd floor is actually the main living area and it was built with a sliding door already in place to go out to an added deck. However it’s about 15 feet off the ground. Is that too high or is it something that could actually be done?

Hi I’m looking for help finding the source of a clip from the recent Last Stream episode on 5/5. It’s the first video they showed where the kid is smoking weed in a car with I guess it’s an AI cartoon avatar on his phone. I just found it hilarious and would love to find the original video.
