I hate my special need siblings

I have two older twin brothers that have cerebral palsy (GMFCS5). My whole life they have had this condition and my entire up bringing has been about them. Everything I do is about them. Cant go out places too far just incase I must come home quickly to support them. Cant do sleepovers or anything remotely like it because of them. I have to care for them constantly and I hate them so much for it before anyone says this isn't there faut I know that its just so tiring day and day out I cant do much because of them.

Why does black people feel the need to be so disrespectful.

Before I get any backlash I myself is black. At a shopping center with friends when our movie got cut short. In the UK year 11s have finished there GCSE and to celebrate a number of students came to the shopping center (Top 10 biggest in the UK). While here people were fighting screaming and shouting. There was even a smoke grenade set off ruining many people lunch resulting in people having to leave. Me and my friends included, overall the majority of these people were black. Even after this everyone was then sent to the bus station outside the shopping center police was called. Then there was screaming a number of black boys had withdrew weapons being knives threating people this boys being black. (AGAIN THIS IS NO HATE). I just wish to understand why the black community acts like this when we are looked down upon enough as it is.

Do I have a shot at securing a DA if I got a 4 math?

I'm year 12, in secondary I never really tried on my GCSE which I regret now I got decent grades to study do business in college and as this academic year is coming to a end my predicted grade are that of DDD. I've been researching about DA for some time now as most say you need to get a early start which I've been doing. Attending networking events, gaining good work experience placement and overall pushing myself out there. However most will want 6 and above in Math, so do you think I should re-sit? *If it means anything I was fortunate to get a 7 in English.
