Aritzia !

I’m constantly seeing sellers on Depop that are selling either new with tags or new without tags Aritzia items like lodge pants, lace shorts, trench coats, etc that are very trendy. Where in the world are they getting this stuff from on a regular basis?

Some sellers entire account is new without tags Aritzia in season items and others are selling alo, lulu, vouri, etc with them in various sizes

I don’t think they are employees since the employee discount is around the price they are selling.

One seller is based in San Diego CA if that helps

I can’t find anything on online as to where they are getting this stuff but honestly I shop a lot at Aritzia so I’m willing to pay $$ for a source/set up or pay you fee per items ! Not sure if this is a thing but thought to put it out there!

Seller refunds and relist for higher price

Purchased this dress from a Depop seller… she refunds me the money and then relists the item for $45 just for more money ://

Disappointed but not surprised!

Would it be wrong of me to leave bad feedback? I’m afraid she would leave me back feedback if I do so :((

Depop - Item Not as Described

Would I have a valid Depop claim here?

I purchased a pair of Aritzia linen pants on Depop that were listed as a specific Aritzia style. The seller only uploaded one stock photo of the pants, which was taken from Aritiza site, and did not include any photos of the actual pants, tags, fabric composition, or other identifying details.

After receiving them, I noticed they were quite different from the current version of the pants I own. The seller later provided a receipt showing they were purchased in 2023, so it appears they are an older version of the style. However, this older version has a different fabric composition, no pockets, a thinner/more sheer fabric, and a less structured waistband due to fabric change compared to the current version.

I don't think the seller intentionally misrepresented the item, and I understand that brands can change styles over time. My issue is that none of these differences were disclosed in the listing, and there were no photos of the actual item that would have allowed me to identify that it was an older version before purchasing.

The seller is not accepting returns. Do you think I would have a valid "item not as described" claim through Depop, or would this likely be considered buyer's remorse?
