Hello. I’m a dude who has never used makeup before so I have no clue on what to use. I need something that can hide my horrible eye bags. My eye bags come from bone recession problem, idk if that I go will help. I just want the name of a cheap product that will do the job. Maybe I can use my mother’s or sister’s tools to apply it.
