Just want to talk about rtx 5070 and rx 9070 xt about to buy rx 9070 xt but i got a deal on rtx 5070 so i grabbed it is it worthy

I have recently upgraded to 750watt psu with rtx 5070 from 1050ti 450watt

Mobo h410m s2 v2 with ddr4 16gb
So what should i get cant buy a ddr5 ram now so should i buy i7 10th gen

Will it have coil whine issue
