Hello, I recently turned 18 and have tried to open a checking account with capital one. I gave them all the necessary info. Problem is that they told me I needed to call to make my account and give them additional information. This scared me off because I am extremely shy and do not want to talk to anyone, but eventually I did find the page on their site where you can send them them your photo id (I used my drivers permit, maybe that was the issue?). Now it's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything back from them, It says my account is enrolled but I never received the login info, and when I clicked "forgot username" it got stuck on an infinite loading loop. Any help would be appreciated because this has been frustrating and it's probably my fault for being too shy to call.
