I'm looking to get my husband a steering wheel set up for his PS5. He loves Grand Turismo and I thought it would be a fun surprise. I don't know much about racing games. Could I get some suggestions on the best steering wheel setups? Also, do I need to get the shifter and pedals too? I honestly don't know, lol. Just want to surprise him with an awesome gaming setup. Also, please keep suggestions under $800 🥺.

I've had endocrine issues for years. They popped up out of no where in my 20s and I was hospitalized. Turns out I stopped producing cortisol. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started synthroid. I was fine for years. I had a baby and my system freaked out. I was diagnosed with hashimoto 's at that point. I gained a lot of weight despite being active and eating healthy. I recently started having extreme hypoglycemia. I wear a dexcom now. My natural insulin level was over 50 when they check in the office. That's insulin, not blood sugar, although it was about the same. Soooo, now my doctor suspected Cushings and sent me for a ACTH test. However, it came back to show that I'm barely producing cortisol, which would be more inline with Addison's not Cushings. My doctor is stumped and is sending me to a specialist. Has anyone else had something like this? Is there a light at the end? What should I expect? I want to have energy again and not have my blood sugar bottom out while I'm out kayaking. I'm scared for my health. Any advice?
