I downloaded jet set radio on pc and I was looking for the settings to incress the graphics to play in in full hd but to my suprise I cant? or at least thats what it looks like for some reason? theres no option to incress the quality of anything at all which is weird? am I Hallucinating things, the game looks like its running on 720p but I am not sure if its the game settings or just it being old? if anyone knows a way to incress the graphics (the quality to1980x1080) please do tell me

In the last couple of months some of YT videos that I downloaded had this issue, at first i didnt mind and ignored it because it was kinda rare and not that Consistent, but man Nowdays?! every youtube video have the same Annoying issue that makes my workflow 10 times slower can someone please tell me a way to fix it is! is there an app I could use to remix the videos and make it compatible with Adobe
