Just got a call from Croma (New BEL Road). They currently have 4 PS5 Digital Edition consoles in stock.

I had registered my interest with them, but I'm waiting for the Disc Edition, so I'm passing on it. If anyone here is looking for a Digital Edition, you should be able to grab one. Good luck!
