My Landlord wants me to sign paperwork that prevents me from charging my electric car.

Apparently, my electric car causes the breaker to short and is a potential fire hazard. She sent me paperwork today for me to sign that prevents me from charging my car at the house, citing endangerment to the other tenants (fire). However, when I signed the lease there was nothing in it about electric shortages or electric cars for that matter. I gather I'm the first to own one and to trip the breaker.

There is no charging stations near my work nor home, so I don't really have anywhere to go to charge it. I've only been here two and half months and I don't want to cause any more problems than I already have, but I also need to be able to charge my car. I need it for work, and I need work to pay my rent.

It's a very old house, if that matters. There are 6 other people in the house.

Location: Kirkland, Washington

Maybe unpopylar opinion, but...

If you're going to play games on your phone during any turn thats not your own, maybe its time to go home for the day. That tells me that you've checked out and not really interested in playing commander. I dont know if I'd consider it rude, but I wish people didn't do it.

Im not referring to people doing stuff on their phones, im talking about playing a full-blown mobile game. One time I even saw mtg arena being played.

edit: nice, I can't edit the title it seems. stuck with that typo i guess. :(

Anyone run The Serpent Society?

I have some questions. The commander seems good, since no opponent can target it twice without losing the game, and having what is an accursed marauder ability on essentially every creature you have seems really obnoxious and hard to handle.

But I'm curious if it can win outside of combo loops (which I dont plan to use in bracket 3) It can definitely be annoying, but it seems to lack finishers, save for maybe triumph of the hordes.

I'm also curious if it's worth going toxic/proliferate effects or to just stack as much deathtouch creatures as possible.

Thank you.
