Hello,
I transplanted two, one year old concord grape vines on April 22nd. Once i planted them at next the deck railing about one inch below the ground level. The weather here at northern Illinois was about 50-70F high, dry everyday and I watered about half gallon of water to each vine on every three days ever since i transplanted them. It has been about little over four weeks since i transplanted them but it still has not bud yet. Is this normal? Should I wait more until it buds? I did scratch test at the bottom area saw moisture present there. Or are these vines dead? Please advise.Thank you for your help..

Hello, i would like to start covering my garage wall with drywall. But, i am not sure how to cover these ground pole and what it looks like tube that protect power line. Please help.
