Posting this for my younger brother. He cleared his B.Sc. back paper at CSJMU Kanpur (2024–25 session), but a year later, he still has no updated marksheet or degree.

• College says: They never received the documents from the university.
• University counter says: You need to "re-apply."

Why should he re-apply and wait all over again for documents he never received in the first place? Is this standard CSJMU procedure, or are they just dodging responsibility?

If anyone has faced this bureaucratic loop at CSJMU, how did you resolve it? Any advice is appreciated!

I submitted 5000 security money and 500 for Online registration. And the Admission Coordinator said that this money would be refunded to you after completing the B-Tech. But Last month I only received 3000 rupees.
