Anyone have experience owning it? I really love monopushers and its vintage style.

First Serious Program (6’3, 205 lb)

On July 11th I started my first serious attempt at doing a consistent progressive overload routine on a day on / day off schedule and actually (1) keeping track in a log of what I’m doing, (2) consistently doing compound exercises instead of the ones I found the most “fun, and (3) eating 200 grams of protein every day. I feel like it’s already starting to show some results and I feel motivated to keep going and see what happens if I spend a year going this hard. I’m 36, have a pretty demanding job, and a new baby at home, so a huge part for me is making sure that my gym time is as efficient as possible. To be honest, the pure stress relief and dopamine hit of a good workout is another benefit too. Probably need to work on my body fat percentage more strictly though. Any thoughts?
