Between my wife getting me the green one for my birthday, and y mom getting my dad the yellow one for his birthday today, that's two Top Times in a 6-day span.

As per the title, I sent my Superocean for service a couple of weeks ago. I’ve already received an estimate for additional work (new mid case and new crystal) which I have approved.

Given Breitling have already diagnosed my watch, what sort of timescale am I to expect for it to be returned to the jewellers?

Hi. I have this Breitling 769 Chronomat based on the case back. It belonged to my grandfather. I wound it carefully and it runs with all hands turning but stops after a while. There is some face damage between the 4 and 5 positions. A few scratches on the crystal. I’m curious to learn more about it, including how I should go about getting it serviced. I’d like to work it into my watch. rotation. I’m located in Ontario, Canada.

Not seeing many Avi's on here and just wondering about any other Avi owners out there and their experience with the accuracy.

UPDATE: Thanks for all the feedback, everyone! I ended up going with the 43mm. I have a big wrist and wanted to love the 46mm, but in the end I preferred the proportions of the 43.

I’ve been interested in Navitimers for years, but I’ve never been able to make up my mind on size. To my eyes, the 43mm always looks a little small and the 46mm always seems a little big.

I have a wide, flat 7.5” wrist and can technically wear any size I want without worrying about the lugs extending over the sides of my wrist. But what do you folks think looks best?

Black dial is the 43 and blue dial is 46. Wild the difference a few mm can make!

Hi, guys! I recently noticed some very fine hairline scratches on glass of my Navitimer that are only visible in sunlight or under strong lighting.

They are not deep scratches or actual damage, just very light surface marks. They are very small and tiny. I’m not sure if this is something normal with regular wear, the watch is new. The case back has hairline scratches.

Sorry if this is a silly question, I just want to understand whether I should worry about it or if it’s completely normal.

Neo vintage Breitling Chronomat Longitude. They’re pretty rare, I’ve been a fan of the Brand for over 30 years and never seen one in the flesh.

Chronograph complication, chronometer certified, and it offers a true GMT quick set function that moves the GMT hand in 1 hour increments, combined with the bezel, gives you 3 or 4 different time zones (3 at a glance).

Breitling B20 movement, a heavily modified and finished movement with COSC certification based on the ETA bullet proof 7750.

Just picked this up and can’t wait to change out the aftermarket strap and give it some love!

IMO these should go for much higher prices than I bought this for!

First time looking at breitling properly, pleasantly surprised to see they've catered for the smaller-wrist community, fell in love with this watch and my main watch is a rolex explorer 1 so I'm normally a "boring" watch guy. Any owners of this one got any opinions on it? I know the movement isn't in-house but I'm sure it works fine?

Was getting some jewelry cleaned for my wife and tried this one on. Immediately liked the rubber and gold accents.

I already own a B31 SuperOcean heritage in green so it’s hard to double up even if they don’t feel like exactly the same watch. I’d be close to half Rolex and half Breitling if I bought this, which feels weird because there are so many other good options in the world.
