any idea turnaround on .tgz requests?
i have a few discs that failed to decrypt; one i just got that i suspect will have keys available soon (fight club) and two others. for the two discs that failed i sent in the tgz files to the makemkv support email, about two weeks ago, but still no ability to decrypt.
anyone know how long requests usually take?

went on a bit of a spree recently. the john singleton trilogy was criterion pre-order.
this is gonna be good.
