A modern Buckingham Nicks cover where they recreate the same pose and framing, but now fully dressed, older, calmer, and obviously aware of the whole mythology would be amazing.

It would say so much without needing to say anything:

“We survived the chaos.”

“We know what that cover meant.”

“We’re not pretending to be 25 anymore.”

“But the chemistry is still there.”

Even better if it looked almost identical compositionally, neutral background, same seated/standing energy, but with beautiful black clothing or understated 1970s-inspired tailoring. Not parody. Not nostalgia cosplay. More like a closing chapter.

That would honestly be one of the great late-career rock album cover ideas.

It was a mistake not to embrace this song, the first song on the debut album from 1967. It was great, and still is. So many people love it, it is sad the Dead didn't play it often in concert, it is fun, catchy, captures that 67 psychedelic vibe, just a feel good short and sweet song.
