Been trying since November 2024, always had perfect 31 day cycles. had a chemical in September and I’m convinced my body has never recovered hormonally.

I had a private blood test yesterday on cycle day 18 (7 days exactly after my first positive OPK) the results came back at 13 nmol (4 ng/ML) I’m absolutely devastated. I had anovulatory cycle last month so I thought my body was finally getting back to normal.

My last few months BBT charts have been rocky but I’m still having a 12 day lutuel phase, EWCM and positive OPK’s so while I was expecting a low result I never thought it would be that low. I’m so stuck on where to go from here. I’m the UK and the waiting lists are so long. So heartbroken right now.

I’m so convinced I’ve left it too late. I’m 30 now and I’m convinced I’ve missed my chance.

Officially been trying/non trying since November 2024. I had regular cycles of 31 days (unfortunately during this time as I was unofficially not trying I never did BBT’s or OPK) September 2025 I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage, HCG never got higher than 80. I don’t think body has ever truly recovered in some sense, I did however start tracking with OPK and BBT’s.
October I ovulated but earlier on day 16, I had one day of spotting before my period. November was anovulatory, December I ovulated but much later on day 24, one day of spotting before my period.

January was a 32 day cycle with ovulation on day 19, BBT chart was textbook (with again this new normal spotting one day before)

February and March again, day 16 ovulation, 29 day cycle with one day of spotting and textbook BBT’s.

April my BBT chart was very erratic and while I did get a positive OPK on day 15, my chart didn't show I had a successful luteul phase, I then again had a 29 day cycle with one day of spotting.

May I didn’t ovulate at all. No positive OPK and no BBT rise.

This month I ovulated early on CD 12 again on dpo 5 and I’ve had a drop below my cover line and it‘s following the exact same rocky pattern as April.

I’ve been ChatGPTing And everything is pointing towards low progesterone. I’ve ordered a home progesterone 21 day kit which should get delivered and I will do same day. But has anyone gone to their GP with this, did you get a referral? More tests?

I finally have a date (8th July) when I can collect the keys to my first rental property. Finally after months and months of looking.

I’m sorry if this comes across as stupid but I’ve never rented before, what happens now?

Do I go directly to a company for my gas and electric, how do I set up council tax? How do I set up my water bill? Should I get contents insurance to start from the date I moved in?

The only person I can ask these adult questions is my mum but she’s been in the same property 32 years so she’s clueless too! I could ask the estate agent but I don’t want to look clueless.

Couple earning £58972 yearly (£63492 if you include my guaranteed overtime) We’ve been living rent free in my partners dad’s outhouse for a number of years. He is now moving and we need out ASAP.
We unfortunately have no renting history on paper and no landlord references we can provide. We also do not know anyone who is a homeowner (that we would feel comfortable asking anyway) or anyone who earns 30x rent that a guarantor would. We have no previous adverse credit. All the properties we have applied for are all well within the 30x affordability criteria.

Every estate agent/landlord that we’ve applied to we’ve been denied due to not having a guarantor, the lack of renting history is just the cherry on top.

Offering upfront is no longer allowed (which we’d be happy to do) Are we literally screwed or Is there anyway around this?

In November 2024 I started Mounjaro, Metformin and Myo- insotol to help prepare for TTC and regulate my cycles as I have PCOS. Since then until September 2025 for the first time ever I had a regular cycle of 31 days, ovulation I think was day 19 but at that time I wasn’t tracking (I did however most months log EWCM some days)

Unexpectedly in September 2025 I fell pregnant, this however was a chemical pregnancy. I stopped the Mounjaro at this time, and started tracking properly with BBT and OPK’s. I ovulated in October but November and December were anovulatory (never got a positive OPK, just some random EWCM) I restarted the mounjaro in January as I thought the key for me ovulating is mounjaro and low and behold, ovulated 4 days later. In February and March I had 29 day cycles, positive OPK’s and textbook BBT charts.

Last month I had a break from the OPK’s but my chart looks pretty anovulatory, this month I’m back on the OPK’s and I’m cycle day 20 and still no peak, BBT rocky and I’m guessing another anovulatory month.

I did an e-consult to my Gp surgery earlier and got a reply saying they’ll only do blood tests and investigations 12 months after I’ve been trying to conceive.

I’m at a loss of why this is happening, I am on no new supplements (apart from a low amount of B6), no sudden weight change, the only stress was the upset from what should have been my due date.

I’m so at a loss at to why now :(

About 22 months ish ago I started Metformin, Mounjaro 2.5mg and a whole bunch of supplements including: myo insotol, omega 3, vitamin E, baby aspirin. This was in preparation of TTC in the next few years. I never thought I’d start ovulating so quickly and about 3 months after I ovulated for the first time in about 5 years! Every month I had a 31 day cycle with positive OPK’s day 18, my BBT chart was perfectly textbook. My blood tests came back showing I was ovulating too.
September, I had a chemical pregnancy and since then my cycles have varied between 29-31 days but I’ve always had positive opk’s and blood tests in December showed I was still ovulating, BBT’s confirming ovulation happened too, despite the varying cycles.

I’m now finally married and in my own house, we’re finally ready to start trying. First month (last month) I didn’t do OPK’s as we were away but BBT was rocky, no clear shift, still had EWCM but no text book BBT chart, whatever, I chalked it off to the alcohol and stress before holiday. This month (cycle day 18) and no signs of ovulation! BBT still low, no EWCM, unsure if I’ll ovulate this month like last month (not convinced I did ovulate last month)

How come when we start trying properly my body feels like it’s had enough :( worried I’ve wasted my only ovulating months of my life and I’ll never ovulate again. I can feel my mind spiralling with the ’what it’s’
So exhausted living in this PCOS body 😔
