What are y'alls thoughts on this?

I'm almost 17 weeks with my 5th baby, 8th pregnancy. I didn't do the blood test this time around, and my 20 week scan is scheduled for next month.

I have always wanted to find out as soon as possible, with my third I just knew right away she was a girl and had her name picked out at 6 weeks. but this will be my last baby and I'm thinking I'll just wait.

After three miscarriages in the past year-ish, I'm keeping my hopes and expectations low. The first miscarriage was at 16 weeks in March last year, and I had found out she was a girl at 10 weeks. Never picked out a name and the miscarriage destroyed me mentally.

So, idk. Have y'all waited? Was it a fun surprise?

Would any of you appreciate an authentic Swedish and Scandinavian restaurant in Houston?

We are pretty much stuck with IKEA being the only way to get Swedish food and that's just cafeteria basics. I'm thinking traditional 100% Swedish fare with some Danish, Norwegian, and Finish as well.

What do you guys think? Would this be a hit? A good addition to the diversity of Houston?

I have always wanted to open a restaurant, and I have a plethora of dishes I could introduce to the community.

I'm thinking Clear Lake area, somewhere near Bay Area Blvd, which is technically within Houston city limits.

Let me know your thoughts, I have been wanting to make this a reality for a few years.
