Does anybody experience "thermal runaway" (extreme ramping up of body heat) as a form of TMS?

I've had overheating issues in the past, and on warm days (80+) or if the sun hits my skin, I'll start getting set off, which then makes my internal temperature ramp up from fear, which then makes me get more tense, which then gets me warmer, and within 60 seconds my body is literally burning up and billowing heat like a radiator and making me feel faint... it's like a cascade and feels like TMS to me (as most humans can handle moderate heat for plenty of time outdoors)...

Can't find any way to delete Facebook app data (without deleting app) - is there a workaround?

I tried using the standard "manage storage" button which allows you to delete the data from any app. When I try it with Facebook, it actually seems to start Facebook for a second, and then hitting "delete" seems to have no effect. Tried restarting the phone, airplane mode, everything. It's just sittng there with gigs and gigs of data and won't let me delete anything. Anyone know?

Is there any way to use FT8 on the Xiegu G90 without the speaker running? The FT8 whine is driving me crazy

Using WSJT/flrig via CE19 into my laptop's 3.5 Jack. I have tried every wire combination possible but I can't seem to find any way to do this. The minute the volume goes down on the g90, or if I switch it to headphone mode, WSJT picks nothing up. But meanwhile the high-pitched whine on the speaker is driving me crazy. I've tried separately routing a wire from the headphone jack bypassing the CE19 and going into the microphone portion of the splitter on my laptop's single 3.5, no dice. Anybody know?

Is a date/time on medical image alone PHI? Can't get a straight answer.

Let's say somebody has an x-ray or EKG printed out, and there's absolutely no identifying information on there besides for some interpretation notes and the date/time. Is that considered PHI? A date alone doesn't seem like it should logically be an issue, because even if you happened to know exactly what hospital the image came from, there may be hundreds of patients seen that time and date, and there's no way somebody could reasonably figure out who that image belonged to even if they knew the practice and the date/time (except somebody working in that particular department of the hospital, but I don't think that's even really consideration, is it? As they are within the practice anyway) I understand that a full date/time is technically one of the 18 elements, but I can't imagine how it could be tied to anybody in the absence of anything solid... What do you think?

This might be a silly question, but... why can't you just check for spurious emissions with a standard scanner?

So suppose you're testing a radio to uncover spurious emission harmonics. If you set up a scanner at 2x and 4x the transmitting frequency with squelch open, key up, and hear nothing breaking squelch on the scanner...wouldn't that guarantee that any possible harmonics are simply not powerful enough to cause any problems? If they can't even break squelch on a scanner 2 ft away, how could they possibly interfere with anything else? Seems like an easy solution without having to get a spectrum analyzer and such...

Someone talk me out of cancelling...terrified of nausea migraines

For the record, I get stress-induced, sleep deprivation-induced, dehydration-induced, and fasting-induced migraines with debilitating nausea. I'm supposed to have a sutab-prep colonoscopy but absolutely terrified of the prep - electrolytes getting wiped out, gastric triggering of nausea, etc. I've had horrific reactions to medical stuff in the past, trapped in a migraining body racked with 10/10 nausea powerless to feel better, and the thought of not being able to anything to help myself once those Sutabs go down the hatch is terrifying. Sure, I can take preventative meds, but the thought of powerlessness once the meds are in, given my traumatic history of nausea migraines, is terrifying me to the point that I think I might cancel completely.

Someone talk me out of cancelling....thanks for reading.

For states that require things like infection prevention certification, opioid trainings or CMEs, when they say something like "every 4 years", do they mean that if the previous one was August 12th, the next cycle's has to be done by August 11th at midnight (4 years later), or as long as you do it at some point during the calendar year every x number of years, it counts? I don't think I've ever seen a solid answer either way on this one.

Hey all, been reading through posts about migraine and colonoscopy, pretty much every story is one horror story worse than the previous... has anybody with migraine actually been able to complete a colonoscopy without extreme discomfort or having to cancel? Wondering if everyone's experience has been horrendous, or if there are success stories..
