Hitting my property/chickens with herbicide
My neighbor has been hitting my landscaping/native pollinator plants/property with herbicide, and now maybe something that kills grass too? I grow a few small elderberry trees and collect the berries for my chickens every year. These trees are not close to anyone’s property. However, they are right next to the chicken coop, so the neighbor doesn’t have to see the birds. My elderberry by the coop has been sprayed more than once this year, and it isn’t doing well at all or producing berries. However, I worry this is also poisoning my chickens, and my dog.
A couple of days ago, I went outside to several random circles of dead grass, and there are even some in my natives (mist flower) that grow sense (right in the middle, a decently sized nearly perfect circle of dead plants, and a ring of live plants on the outside..) if that makes sense… There has been clear herbicide damage all around my property since spring, and some of my plants never grew and died. I don’t know what to do anymore, these people won’t leave me alone, and continue to mess with me and my property.
On top of that, I have the people down the street who constantly blast their music, and I only hear the bass in all rooms of my house. Last night, they had a huge party until 3am, and it was so loud inside my house.. okay, whatever… it’s the fourth. Then today, 9am, the music starts again, and I’ve been listing to thumping all day. This happens on the week days too, several days in a row, often beginning at 11pm.
I don’t feel comfortable going into my gardens, or anywhere on my property. I feel like I’ve been living in hell the past two years.
