i am currently a highschool sophomore (rising junior this fall) and am looking for something to do over the summer. is a 16 year old in cali able to work in walgreens as a pharm tech apprentice, and if so, how do i apply?

I looked on the cvs website and it says that the requirements to work as a pharmacy tech is to be 16 years old. i was wondering if this was true, and if i could potentially get a job at cvs as a pharm tech as i was also initially interested in getting a certification.
im a rising junior (currently a 16 yo sophomore), and i havent gotten into any good summer programs this year. however, i still want to do something meaningful and am wondering if there are any good certifications a 16 yo can get (not like completing a course but an actual certification like EMT, CNA, First aid, etc.)
