Hey All,
My neighbor gave me this generator because it wouldn’t start and they didn’t feel like playing with it. So far I have drained the fuel and replaced with good fuel, cleaned the carburetor and replaced the spark plug but I am still getting nothing. Admittedly engines are not my thing but I felt like tinkering with something. Any thoughts on what the issue may be or what I am doing wrong? I am not even getting the slightest bit of sign that it is starting to go. To knock out a few obvious ones, Yes, the switch is on and fuel line open, I have tried with choke on and without.

We recently had water leaking through the ceiling of our 2024 Expedition, it was determined that it was coming from clogged sunroof drains. Upon further inspection the dealership found broken glass in the track and deducted that there is glass clogging the drains and that the sunroof was previously replaced prior to our ownership. To fix it they quoted us over $14K. They said that the track, motor assemblies, headliner and shade need to be replaced. The sunroof works fine. We purchased the car from Carvana in February. We do not have any warranties that will cover it at this point.

Does this seem like an accurate diagnosis and amount to fix?
