why do they change eligibility criteria out of the blue?????? now i might not be eligible for oppe2 and my course completion term will get delayed AGAIN

i missed week 6 assignment submission and now they've changed the rules and need week 5 to week 8 scores to be above 40?!?! WHY NOT JUST SAY THIS BEFORE?????

i have already received my schedule for oppe2, will they not allow me to sit for that anymore?

I'm appearing for GATE DA and probably GATE CSE too, in 2028. Currently studying DS and applications. (i'm NOT in 1st or 2nd year, mentioning this so my post isn't deleted 😭, i'm appearing in 2028 because that seems like the best time for me, given my circumstances)

I would like to know how to prepare for it properly, i've read loads of mentions of 'go classes' here, is it appropriate for me to follow that? Which test series should I use?

before anything, i would like to say that, based on my current interests, i do NOT immediately want to do a phd, if at all i do a phd later, i would prefer if it is abroad. i wish to join the industry for jobs.

currently i've finished my 3rd year of bsc. hons. microbiology at DU and since i'm of the NEP batch, i can either exit now or continue to a 4th year, which will get me a bsc. hons. with research degree in microbiology.

i've qualified for GAT B this year and i've been selected at visva bharati for msc in biotechnology, i might also get selected at pondicherry university for msc in biotech (🤞).

now, my question is, since i want to go for a job, should i accept the msc seat at VBU, or PU (if i get it later)? or should i go for the 4th year and appear for GATE then take admission in M.Tech (yes, i'm eligible for this, thanks to NEP) and if M.Tech doesn't work out next year since seats are less, then an M.Sc at a good institute like IIT or IISc, etc.?

(also, i'm already pursuing Data Science and Applications from IITM, in parallel)

kindly tell me what the best option would be, i have got less than 24 hours to accept the seat at VBU

does anyone here have any idea of the Biotechnology dept. in this university? what is the msc. biotechnology course structure like? how is the faculty? what is the crowd like at the university? how are the labs? also, what is the condition of the girl's hostels?

anyone here who is studying msc in biotechnology or bioinformatics at SPPU? what are your honest thoughts about the institute for these programs? what are your future goals? do you think the institute is supportive in that regard? would you recommend anyone to study here, why and why not?

i don't know where else to post this, i've been heavily anxious and stressed for hours, so i've finally decided to make a post here, hopefully this reaches the target audience

so, nta has released the response sheet and answer key for gat b and bet today.

i went through the response sheet, and found out that it doesn't show the option that i've actually marked on the day of the exam. it's happened with at least 4 questions, as far as i remember.

is there literally anyone here who has faced a similar issue?

i don't know what to do now, i thought about emailing nta, but will they take any action?

i did face issues on the day of my exam, my computer turned dysfunctional the moment the exam began, and i was luckily shifted to a different computer later.

now i cannot help but overthink if that system was faulty as well?

it has severely affected my marks and the response sheet shows wrong options even in the easiest of the questions
