Update to the "Don't make any crossposts to and from certain subreddits." rule

I felt the need to make it clear that you aren't allowed to crosspost to any of the GVH subreddits that exist at the time I'm writing this post (other than r/RealVolcanoHigh), due to concerns regarding the mods of those subreddits (also, r/GoodbyeVolcanoHigh is straight up private).
